We love our Dolphin because it is a direct help to our community and visitors, our ethos behind our charity is to help the community and mankind, and this certainly does.
Our Only World have helped to reduce carbon footprint in this area, we see people queuing up to use our wonderful water refill. We are very proud to have out Tina Dolphin we very fond of her (named after the awesome lady that helped this to happen), she is very tactile and attractive. The community love it for humans and their doggies alike. We have had no issues and would recommend that as many people and sites have one.
We have not found that our water costs have dramatically increased so the water is not getting wasted and we are not out of pocket. I know it was one of the Trustee’s concerns that we would have a high water bill, but this is not the case. It has been simply fantastic.
Whoever thought of this wonderful invention should be commended, it is brilliant and we can not praise it or OUR ONLY WORLD enough.

Student feedback is fantastic, and we’d love some more stations if possible
We installed the water unit to encourage students to refill their water bottles, rather than bring in single use plastics. We installed it near to the tennis courts and field so that both students and people who hire out our facilities could use it.
The unit is extremely popular and is used daily. We would love to install more units around the school site!
Newquay Town Council is extremely proud of the work that Our Only World has done across the County. Working together both the Council and Our Only World successfully introduced a water refill station at The Killacourt in Newquay. The facility provides visitors and resident with free water at any time and is a fantastic asset to the Town.
Mevagissey – Willow Car and Coach Park
What a fantastic organisation! We are delight with the refill station installed at Willow Car and Coach Park in Mevagissey. We have had no issues with any part of the process and would strongly recommend anyone getting one to help do your bit against single use plastic bottles. Locals and visitors a like use it and we pleased we can be the part of the solution to this issue.
Portreath Surf Life Saving Club 
Our members are regulars at our water refill station. The surfers come out of the sea and can immediately have access to free drinking water. Participants use it when the club holds Lifesaving events on the beach, greatly reduced the number of plastic bottles used. We love the ocean and pleased that we are helping to reduce the plastic litter on our beach. It also saves a lot of money compared to buying bottled water. A big thankyou to Our Only World.
Our water refill station is conveniently placed and has been regularly used all year by visitors and harbour users. We at the Padstow Harbour Commissioners are pleased that it is partly made from recycled fishing nets, as we work hard to take discarded nets out of our coastal waters.
We are very happy and pleased to have a water refill station at Caffa Mill Car Park. We had confidence in Our Only World and once the site had been inspected the installation was carried out smoothly and professionally. Giving our community access to free drinking water is part of Fowey Town Council’s awareness and commitment to environmental concerns and climate change.
We worked hard with Our Only World to choose the best site possible for our community. We can’t recommend them highly enough. The carpark is used extensively in the summer and always full. As a town council we support environmental initiatives, and we would love to install more units. By encouraging use of reusable bottles, we can reduce single use plastic in our village.
Beach Box Café Wadebridge Camel Trail 
The water refill station has been used a lot this summer by our customers. We have always refilled bottles on request but now we can direct customers directly to use the tap. It helps to reduce customer queues, speeds up our service, and saves plastic litter going into the Camel River
